Leap is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Chicago boutique, delivering an elevated customer experience through authentic engagement and product knowledge. You will build relationships, make personalized recommendations, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes opening/closing procedures, teamwork, and adaptability as you help achieve store goals and ensure a welcoming shopping atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
