Leap, Inc. on Newbury St. is seeking dynamic Sales Associates for both part-time and full-time roles to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

You will engage customers with luxury product knowledge, drive sales, maintain brand standards, and support store operations, with opportunities to represent multiple brands within Leap's portfolio and assume keyholder duties.

Flexibility with hours, weekend availability, and a passion for service are keys to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with premium accessories knowledge.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement.
• Educate customers with product knowledge and brand stories.
• Assist customers from engagement to checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties.
