Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Associate for our Chicago-area boutique to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build genuine connections, and drive store performance. You will engage customers with product knowledge, support daily operations, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customers.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support store priorities and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals with proactive customer engagement and effective selling behaviors.
• Maintain visual merchandising, replenish stock, and keep the store clean and presentation-ready.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, opening/closing procedures, and keyholder duties as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals and a positive work environment.
