Job summary

Leap's platform powers boutique stores and currently seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate for the Houston Galleria Mall. You will deliver exceptional in-store experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty while representing the Leap portfolio of brands.

The role requires energic engagement on the sales floor, ability to handle multiple tasks, and openness to opening/closing shifts with potential keyholder duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: at least 18 years old to align with company standards.
• Experience in luxury retail with a growing understanding of premium accessories, including basic knowledge of materials and service expectations of high-end clientele.
• Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Stand/walk on sales floor, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
