The Aldenberg Hotel and The Ashbrook Hotel in Versailles and Frankfort, Kentucky, seek a Sales & Catering Manager to lead sales efforts, drive event business development, and manage client relationships across two boutique properties with dining venues.

The role combines proactive sales, site coordination, and customized event experiences, partnering with culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for both hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, wedding planners, event professionals, local businesses, tourism organizations, and other referral partners.
• Generate revenue through group room blocks, weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, retreats, private dining, and social events.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales and event inquiries while actively seeking new business.
• Conduct personalized property tours and client presentations that highlight the unique attributes of each venue.
• Develop creative and customized proposals that align with client needs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Negotiate room rates, event rental fees, food and beverage minimums, and contract terms within established guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through guest accommodations, restaurant experiences, event enhancements, and additional services.
• Represent SBG Hospitality at networking events, industry functions, community meetings, and business development opportunities.
