The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District is seeking a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas and assist with delivering items to guestrooms. You will help ensure smooth operations and guest comfort across the property.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for the shift, and clear verbal and written communication with guests and associates to maintain exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Handle luggage assistance requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
• Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
