Job summary

Le Petit Pali Brentwood is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a 25-room inn and its Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services teams. You will balance hands-on execution with disciplined cost control to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable growth.

You will train teams, manage schedules, ensure brand SOP compliance, and drive service excellence while optimizing budget performance and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel leadership experience, preferably boutique or lifestyle properties.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective training programs across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Create and monitor department schedules weekly to meet budget.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, scripts, and service standards during check-in and every guest interaction.
• Own the guest experience by responding to complaints and driving positive online reviews.
• Oversee daily room and property inspections with Housekeeping and Engineering on linen quality and maintenance.
• Manage wages, controllable expenses, inventories, and departmental financial performance against budget.
• Translate Le Petit Pali’s brand voice into memorable guest and team experiences.
• Lead by example with an open-door policy and a respectful team culture.
