Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel engineer or similar maintenance role.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment, systems, and building components including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential systems.
• Repair and paint hotel areas and fixtures as needed.
• Inspect machinery, listen for unusual sounds, and diagnose issues with supervision when required.
• Install and replace lighting fixtures; transport and set up equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on projects and requests.
• Respond to guest and team requests in a timely and personable manner.
