Job summary

Hotel Revival Baltimore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to maintain the property’s grounds, interiors, and exteriors, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Front Desk to address issues and perform routine upkeep for rooms, lighting, and systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret safety and operating instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Able to communicate clearly with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Front Desk and Maintenance Manager on issues needing immediate attention.
• Perform daily property inspections for maintenance needs.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape lighting.
• Complete room touch-ups and repairs including basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with city, safety, and ADA codes.
• Handle regular maintenance tasks and updates as scheduled.
