• Strong troubleshooting and proactive problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment, systems and building components (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, locks, furnishings).
• Repair and paint; install lighting fixtures and bulbs.
• Inspect machinery and diagnose malfunctions with supervisors.
• Dismantle defective equipment and install parts.
• Maintain the physical structure and fabrics; assist in moving equipment.
• Attend training sessions and communicate project updates.
