Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, a luxury oceanfront resort in Miami Beach, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold our high standards of reliability and safety. You will manage the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems throughout the property, ensuring guest comfort and operational excellence.

Qualifications

2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel, resort, or similar facilities.
HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills required.
Light carpentry and painting knowledge.
Pool operation certification preferred.
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Preventive maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and install hotel mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
Identify and solve maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
