Job summary

Four Sisters Inns in Santa Monica is seeking a Guest Service Associate to support both Inn at Playa del Rey and Channel Road Inn. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with trip planning, answer questions, and resolve concerns to ensure memorable stays.

You may work opening shifts to prepare and serve breakfast and support the hotel team across two properties. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, pays attention to detail, and can flexibly work at either property based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a warm and friendly environment for all guests and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay.
• Promote upsell packages, local recommendations, and assist with reservations.
• Connect with guests via in-person, email, phone, and text.
• Handle arrivals, registrations, and room assignments; manage departures and payments.
• In manager's absence, lead or assist housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Kitchen teams on requests.
• Align with Four Sisters Inns values: Grace, Grit, Attentiveness, Adaptability, Above & Beyond.
• Promote the collection and knowledge of other Four Sisters Inns.
