Job summary

The Karol Hotel is a boutique property in Clearwater, FL, featuring Katch Bistro, Vantage Rooftop Bar, and K Club Bar. The F&B Manager will oversee all F&B outlets, lead a team of about 20 employees, and drive guest experience and profitability while upholding Marriott standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and a proven track record in revenue, labor, and cost control in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant management/leadership experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• High School diploma or higher.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing revenue, labor, food and beverage costs, and departmental budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B shift operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop assistant managers, supervisors, and shift leaders.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard F&B team members.
• Create weekly staff schedules to verify guest service, operational needs, and financial goals.
• Develop service standards and operating procedures for all F&B outlets.
• Monitor health, safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and hotel policies.
• Drive F&B revenue and manage costs to meet budgeted targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Kitchen teams on menus and events.
• Be visible to guests and address feedback promptly.
• Strive for high Marriott Guest Satisfaction Survey scores.
