Ponte Vineyard Inn in Temecula is seeking a Corporate Group Sales Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of corporate group room bookings, from inquiry through post-stay follow-up.

This part-time role focuses on hotel rooms group business, with standard pricing, weekly communication, and close coordination with Front Desk and Accounting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Compensation is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with attention to detail, accuracy in contracts, and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or reservations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multi-inquiry management.
• High attention to detail, especially with financial transactions and contracts.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Webrez Pro or similar PMS/CRM preferred.
• Independent work style and ability to follow SOPs.
• Availability Monday–Friday during scheduled hours (9:00 AM–1:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Hotel Rooms corporate group inquiries.
• Apply minimums and policies to determine booking viability.
• Review dates against availability and respond within 48–72 hours.
• Prepare and edit booking agreements with accurate terms and pricing.
• Maintain group folios and process deposits and invoices.
• Build group reservations from rooming lists and note VIPs.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Accounting, and Hotel Management.
