Job summary

Staypineapple is seeking a Bartender/Server to provide impeccable service in our boutique hotel venues. You will mix cocktails, serve drafts, and assist guests with food and beverage selections, acting as a friendly ambassador for the Staypineapple brand.

Applicants should have a High School diploma, a valid Food Handler’s and Liquor Permit, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. Collaborative, guest-focused teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and maintain the guests dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
• Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar.
• Serve snacks and food to guests seated at tables.
