Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking a Bartender to deliver prompt, friendly service in a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment. You will take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and maintain the bar top and guest experience with precision.

We value clear communication, patience under pressure, and professionalism, with four+ years of hotel bar experience preferred. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required to support our vibrant Midtown operations.

Qualifications

• At least four years of bartending experience in a four- or five-star hotel environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and stay patient under pressure with tact and professionalism.
• Experience reconciling transactions, cashing out, and balancing the bank.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to bar guests.
• Take orders, suggestive selling, prepare and serve beverages.
• Clear and set the bar top and tables as needed.
• Process payments according to POS and cash handling procedures.
