Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel New York in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Bartender to join our energetic team. You will provide prompt, courteous service to bar guests, take orders, suggest drinks, and prepare and serve beverages while keeping the bar top clean and inviting.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of prior experience, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel, with excellent communication, composure under pressure, and a professional, guest-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least four years of prior bartending experience, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Ability to communicate clearly and stay patient under pressure.
• Professional, guest-focused approach.
• Comfort with reconciling transactions and cash handling.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide drink recommendations to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a clean, inviting bar area.
• Handle payments and reconcile balances at shift end.
• Ensure fast, accurate service with a friendly presence for all guests.
