Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking a skilled Bartender to join the F&B Administration team. You will provide fast, friendly service, take orders, prepare drinks, and ensure a smooth bar operation while maintaining venue standards.

The role requires at least four years of bar/hospitality experience, strong guest focus, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is busiest. A dynamic team environment and brand culture await.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of prior experience in a hotel/bar environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and stay composed under pressure.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide prompt, courteous service to bar guests.
• Prepare and pour beverages and handle setting/clearing of the bar area.
• Process payments and balance cash at the end of shifts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and guest interaction.
