Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team in Midtown Manhattan. You will deliver prompt and engaging beverage service, take orders, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates will have four or more years of bartending experience in luxury hotels, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-end hotel setting.
• Clear communication and professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to speak additional languages beyond English is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist bar guests with prompt, courteous service.
• Take orders, suggestive selling, and prepare/serve beverages.
• Maintain bar area, clear and reset tables, and reconcile payments at shift end.
• Deliver a polished, high-energy guest experience and uphold brand standards.
