Job summary

Global Partners LP in Kentucky is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and ensure a welcoming shopping experience while supporting store operations.

You will handle POS, maintain cleanliness, restock, assist vendors, and collaborate with management to meet safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Perform duties in a timely manner.
• Count, read and write accurately to complete paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
