Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Boutique Director for the Palm Beach Worth Ave location. You will be the brand ambassador, coach and mentor to the boutique team, ensuring exceptional client service and driving sales performance.

This role requires effective leadership across the store and partnerships with Home Office to implement strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for CHANEL history, strong communication skills, and the ability to create an inclusive, client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Coach boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback.
• Lead the team and develop boutique leadership.
• Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with boutique team and Home Office to increase sales.
