Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Customer Specialist in Bloomington, IN to deliver exceptional, personalized service and build lasting customer relationships. You will collaborate with the team to reflect Chico's hospitality, share product knowledge, and drive in-store events and promotions.

Qualifications

Retail or sales experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
Partner with the team to deliver a customer-centered experience reflective of Chico's hospitality.
Share knowledge of Chico's products to outfit and inspire customers.
Cultivate long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach about new products, promotions, and in-store events.
Create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.
Contribute to store performance by meeting personal goals.
