Job summary

Brobston Group's luxury boutique in Bal Harbour is seeking a Boutique Coordinator to oversee daily operations and deliver a refined client experience. You will coordinate appointments, inventory, client services, and boutique events, supporting the Boutique Director and Sales Advisors.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in luxury retail or hospitality, excellent organization and communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus; weekend and holiday

• Welcome clients and support Sales Advisors with appointments, jewelry presentations, and VIP experiences.

Requirements

• Understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standards.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays; additional language fluency is a plus.
