Job summary

NOVO Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to join our Austin project teams, working on-site with the Site Project Management group.

The ideal candidate will have commercial GC superintendent experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of construction schedules and safety practices. OSHA 30 certification is preferred, and ability to read drawings and use PlanGrid is expected.

Qualifications

• Has qualified and relevant experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor.
• Completion of OSHA 30 is desired (willing to assist with certification if hired).
• Able to operate in a fast paced working environment with minimal direction from Senior Management.
• Able to effectively email, build schedules, read drawings & use platforms such as PlanGrid.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
