Job summary

Diageo Lebanon Distillery is seeking a Bourbon Production Expert to lead distillery, dry house, and warehousing operations. You will manage production processes, ensure safety and quality, and work 24/7 to meet consumer demand for premium whiskies.

The role requires a strong engineering background, hands-on maintenance skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with all departments and levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Control and optimize distillery, dry house and warehousing processes.
• Maintain automated production recording and management reporting systems (SAP).
• Provide technical contributions to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all production paperwork.
• Support safety, quality and efficiency KPIs and daily operations.
