Job summary

Evolution Hospitality in New Orleans is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant who will whisk guests to and from the hotel, help with bags, and share insider tips on the best local restaurants and sights to create a memorable stay.

You will keep our vehicles clean, assist at the front desk when needed, safeguard guest privacy and keys, and support concierge requests with warmth, efficiency, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to vehicles or rooms.
• Assist guests with bags and luggage handling.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide VIP-style service as needed.
• Share local knowledge on restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.
• Safeguard keys and guest privacy while remaining discreet and professional.

Education & Experience
