Job summary

Responsibilities include calculating proofs, maintaining equipment, and documenting activities across the processing and warehouse areas. Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Experience with blending, distilling, and proofing preferred.
• Mechanically inclined to operate pumps, motors, valves and chillers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload liquid products from tankers, barrels, and holding tanks.
• Filter products using the appropriate filtration system.
• Blend liquid materials to meet the designated specifications.
• Perform mathematical calculations for proper proofing.
• Follow TTB proofing regulations.
• Monitor equipment and test liquids for water quality and alcohol levels.
• Clean tanks and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Prepare, proof, package, and label client samples.
• Document activities and track product through the processing area.
• Provide communication with bottling area and production line.
• Adhere to GMPs and perform other duties as assigned.
