Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running smoothly. You will troubleshoot and repair injection molders, fill/pack lines, conveyors, and plant systems, working with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in field or similar maintenance environment
• 4 years experience in position
• 4 years experience managing people/projects
• Experience reading electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing/beverage packaging or plastics industries

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, drawings and testing equipment
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara processes
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and timely
• May fill in for production operator as needed
• Create and report repairs, document parts and material usage
• Follow plant safety rules and safe machine operation
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
