Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Texas seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair of production lines and plant facilities. Responsibilities include repairing injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and related automation, plus supporting chillers and air systems.

You’ll work with operators and senior maintenance staff to resolve issues quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred in manufacturing/automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with schematics, reading drawings, and calibration tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing tools.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and other plant assets.
• Maintain and service industrial control systems and safety practices.
• Document repairs and parts used, and report findings to team leads.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance staff to minimize downtime.
