Job summary

Novonesis in Wausau, WI is seeking a Production Associate in Bottling to operate and support automated bottling lines for probiotic products. This is a hands-on role focused on safety, quality, and teamwork on a 2nd shift.

You will assist setup technicians, sanitize parts, handle materials, and keep production running smoothly during a 12-hour shift on-site. A high school diploma and English literacy are required; prior manufacturing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English to understand product specs.
• Basic understanding of general mechanical functions of machines.
• Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift when required.
• Safety-minded approach to day-to-day production work.

Responsibilities

• Assist set-up technicians in preparing machines for operation.
• Ensure sanitation of all machine parts and components.
• Understand the role and basic function of each machine in the process.
• Handle raw materials from probiotic capsules to shipping boxes.
• Support teammates to keep production running smoothly and safely.
