Novonesis in Wausau, WI, is seeking a Production Associate in Blending for the 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, adjust, clean and sanitize blending equipment, weigh and mix materials, print labels, and maintain production records in a safety- and quality-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production journals and batch documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, adjust, clean, and sanitize blending equipment according to procedures.
• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on batch recipes and formulations.
• Print, apply, and verify product labels, lot numbers, and batch records.
• Perform basic and preventative maintenance and identify equipment issues.
• Take samples for Quality Control testing as required.
• Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and inventory documentation.
• Assist in SOP development and continuous improvement activities using Lean principles.
• Follow all safety protocols, GMP requirements, and standardized work procedures.
