Lifeway Foods, a leading probiotic beverage producer, seeks a Bottling Line Operator in Waukesha, WI. This full-time role supports continuous production, quality inspections, and GMP/SOP compliance in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will unload bottles, operate bagging and de-scrambler equipment, and coordinate with the supervisor to maintain safety and efficiency, while adhering to SQF standards and team guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or 3–6 months related experience; or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and regulations.
• Basic mathematical skills and understanding of algebra.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a loud production area.

Responsabilités

• Unload bottle deliveries and load bottles into the machine for continuous production.
• Operate bagging and de-scrambler machines; keep fixtures and areas clean.
• Inspect bottle quality and prevent defective production.
• Report machine status and daily shift performance to supervisor.
• Relieve other operators as needed and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards in a SQF-compliant environment.
