Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Production Associate in Bottling to join a 2nd shift on-site in Wausau, WI. You will help prepare, operate, and support automated bottling lines for probiotic capsules, ensuring safe, efficient production and quality standards.

Responsibilities include assisting set-up technicians, sanitizing equipment, and handling materials from capsules to packing boxes; a high school diploma and ability to read English are required, with on-site work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general mechanical functions of machines.
• Ability to read and write English to understand product specifications and instructions.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support set-up technicians in preparing machines for operation.
• Ensure sanitation of machine parts and components.
• Understand the function of each machine in the bottling process.
• Handle raw materials from probiotics to shipping boxes and assist teammates.
