Sazerac Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for an onsite role in New Albany, IN, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6:45pm to 7am. You will lead daily bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while engaging and developing the hourly production team.
You will partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and meet cost, safety, and regulatory standards. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.
