Job summary

The Production Supervisor at Sazerac Company oversees day-to-day beverage manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, and hitting production targets. This hands-on, team-focused role drives performance through clear communication and continuous improvement across departments.

You will mentor staff, ensure GMP compliance, coordinate with QA, maintenance and supply chain, and lead initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• This is an entry level role requiring roughly 2 to 5 years (maximum) supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations.
