Job summary

The Sazerac Company is seeking a Bottling Line Lead to oversee daily operations on an assigned bottling line in Carrollton, TX. You will ensure safety, quality, and production targets while coaching line staff and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities include startup meetings, line setup, verification of materials, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve overall line efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/production/bottling environment.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
• Ability to lead and train employees with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily startup activities and ensure line readiness.
• Supervise line staff, provide direction, coaching, and safety focus.
• Complete production and quality documentation and checks.
• Monitor line performance and address issues affecting quality or downtime.
• Support changeovers, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts.
