Hall’s Culligan of Cleveland is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our bottled water and filtration business. You’ll prospect, close, and manage a diverse customer base with weekend and weekday field activity in the greater Cleveland area.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions with an average annual income of $50-60K, PTO accrual, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with company match after the intro period. Travel is required within the territory.

Qualificações

• Valid driver license required and driving a company vehicle may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs on a repetitive basis, including bottled water.
• Proficient with computers/tablets and strong written/verbal communication.
• Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing time in a field role.
• Must pass criminal background and drug screening per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Consultative selling to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales approach.
• Maintain product knowledge and effective documentation.
• Follow safety policies and maintain organized workspaces.
• Frequent field travel within assigned territory with home nights.
