Job summary

Hall’s Culligan of Cleveland is seeking an outgoing, results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in bottled water and water filtration solutions. You will identify prospects, cold call and network to build a robust pipeline, then tailor solutions to client needs and close deals.

The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and meeting sales targets, with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Able to lift up to 90 lbs on a repetitive basis.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through multiple channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Engage in consultative selling, understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on offerings.
• Keep accurate records with documentation and photos.
• Follow safety policies while driving and working in the field.
