Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Loader for the 2nd shift. You will build and load pallets quickly, safely, and accurately for delivery to customers, following build sheets and using mechanical equipment as required.

The role requires basic math, good reading/writing skills, and a willingness to train others. You will work Monday–Friday with a 3:00pm to 11:30pm shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse/food distribution environment and beverage industry requirements.
• Experience or ability to provide internal customer service effectively.
• Ability to count accurately, read and write, and perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Builds pallets of product accurately per build sheets.
• Operates mechanical equipment to load pallets onto trucks.
• Adheres to OSHA, safety standards, and Pepsi policies; uses PPE.
• Maintains pallet stability and proper stacking for safe transport.
• Trains new employees on Warehouse Loader duties.
