Pace Analytical Services, LLC is hiring a Bottle Order Technician (Client Services Technician) to join its environmental testing lab. The role supports glassware management, order processing, packing, and quality control in a fast-paced lab environment in New York state.

The position requires a high school diploma with no prior experience needed; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills are a plus.

• Glassware Management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
• Order Processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
• Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
• Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatching.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Glassware Management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.

• Order Processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.

• Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.

• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.

• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
