Job summary

Hill Robinson Limited is seeking an Experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy Charter program on a 50m motor yacht. Start date: October 2026. Itinerary includes USA, Bahamas, and Caribbean. Salary in USD with 40 days leave.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a team of three, strong interior service skills, and charter experience. Candidates should have STCW with Security Awareness, ENG1 medical, and relevant crowd management training.

Qualifications

• STCW (fully updated) with Security Awareness.
• Proficiency in Security Duties.
• ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical valid for at least 6 months.
• Crowd management.
• Food and Hygiene Level 2.
• Seafarer's discharge book.
• Non-smoker / no tattoos.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 with hands-on leadership.
• Oversee all interior service aspects on charter operations.
• Ensure charter experiences meet high service standards.
• Coordinate APA accounting practices as applicable to the yacht.
