Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 26-week assignment in Boston, MA. This travel role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour days and offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

You will operate MRI scanners, ensure safety, administer contrast as needed, maintain equipment, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnostic images while providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced travel environment.

Competenze

• Radiology program with MRI specialization.
• 1 year of MRI Tech experience.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Mansioni

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
• Educate patients on MRI procedures and address questions.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment.
• Start IVs and administer contrast per orders and protocol.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters as needed.
• Document all procedure details in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and timely results.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow infection control policies.
• Follow hospital safety and radiation safety protocols.
