Supplemental Health Care is seeking an MRI Technologist for a travel contract in Boston, MA. The role entails performing MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining high-quality imaging in a hospital setting.

The position requires an ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT credential, BLS, 2+ years MRI experience, and a relevant radiologic degree. 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours/week and 12-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT registration.
• Phillips MRI Systems experience.
• Current state license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues.
• Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality; maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
