PlayerData, a fast-growing sports-tech company, is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Boston Shipping Hub. You will split time between administrative tasks connecting Sales and Shipping and hands-on preparation and shipping of customer orders.

Based in our Boston office, this on-site role offers practical experience in order fulfillment, inventory support, and quality control within a dynamic startup environment. Start ASAP, part-time based on availability.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable combining admin tasks with hands-on packing and shipping.
• Able to work on-site at Boston office.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order information between the Sales and fulfilment teams.
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Support general inventory and administrative tasks as needed.
• Get involved in testing and quality control of all our new and existing products.
