Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: manage domestic and international shipments and returns.
• Equipment Testing & QA: log, test, and prepare refurbished units.
• Equipment Management: maintain logs and process client orders accurately.
• Stock Management: track stock movements and coordinate with HQ and teams.
• Process Improvement: review procedures and implement better solutions.
• Administration: support day-to-day office operations and serve as a contact for sales teams.
