Job summary

TD Bank is hiring an Associate Banker II (US) for our Boston Fanueil Hall location. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, deliver everyday banking, open and maintain consumer accounts, and connect customers with specialists to meet their financial goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year client-facing experience (teller or cash-handling preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients, including volunteering, education or military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitalit y ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities and connects them to specialists as needed.
• Identifies client needs and initiates referrals to appropriate TD partners to achieve financial goals.
