Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a full-time baker at Fidelity in Boston, MA. The role starts early with a Sunday-Thursday shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Previous baking experience is required and the pay is $26.00 to $27.00 per hour.

You will bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries, maintain sanitation, assist with production planning, and interact with customers when needed. This is a fast-paced kitchen position with opportunities to grow within a renowned hospitality

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure food preparation follows approved recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and correct handling of equipment and supplies.
• Assist with production records and waste tracking; notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
