Compass Group USA's Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for a full-time Baker at Stonehill – 320 Washington Street, North Easton, MA 02357. The position requires scratch baking experience, a five-days-on, two-off schedule with weekends and nights possible, and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

You will prepare baked goods from recipes, monitor food quality and temperatures, maintain sanitation, assist with production records, and interact with customers to deliver friendly service.

• Scratch baking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Ensures proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following production standards and equipment.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and customer-service oriented manner.
