Dimeo Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent to join our Boston team. You will lead field supervision and coordinate in-house professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

As a key leader, you will drive strategic project delivery, mentor junior staff, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to support pursuits and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience in field supervision, coordination, and project management; Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals.
• Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster client and architect/engineer relationships.
• Guide, expedite, and administer systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality.
• Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute startups, inspections, and commissioning.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and other project team members.
