Job summary

Dimeo Construction Company is seeking an MEP-focused Superintendent for CT/RI projects. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination and lead site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

As a senior field leader, you will drive integrated planning, startup, commissioning, and training, while mentoring team members and building strong client and vendor relationships to deliver best-in-class results.

Qualifications

• Experience in field supervision, coordination, and project management with strong MEP systems knowledge.
• Applicable construction supervisor licensing preferred based on project location.
• Commitment to mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging in-house professionals.
• Support project pursuits and strengthen client and architect/engineer relationships.
• Guide systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality.
• Drive project communications, risk identification, and strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop project team members for growth and excellence.
